The process
Please order one dress initially to see if you like the style. Once received and tried you can then place another order for more dresses if required. This prevents unnecessary returns if you decide the style of dress isn’t suitable.
We will send you a credit code for free postage of a consecutive order!

Important note if it is your first dress order we will not send multiple dresses, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Returns are accepted within 14 days (from the day of attempted delivery).
If you require an exchange you will be sent a credit code to use towards your new order.

The Willow Victoria Satin dresses can be steamed.
They can be washed on a cool wash and hung to dry or dry-cleaned.
Delivery
If your chosen dresses show as in stock they will be dispatched within 1-5 working days.
If your chosen dresses are available to back order they could take up to 16 weeks to be dispatched (it could be considerably less – don’t hesitate to get in touch to check if you require your dresses sooner).
If you have chosen a mixture of colours that are in stock / back order your dresses will be dispatched together in up to 16 weeks. If there is no option of a back order the only stock available is what is shown on the website.
Delivery is with DPD (providing they deliver in your area). On the day of delivery DPD will send a text message to the phone number provided with the order with a time slot and further delivery options. If DPD do not deliver in your area we shall use another courier.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days (from the day of attempted delivery) providing a dress is returned in a resalable condition.
Satin is a very delicate fabric and may snag and pull if not looked after. Minor pulls can occur within the sewing process and will pass our quality check if they are not in an obvious location or detectable when worn. Returns will not be accepted if fabric is pulled in an obvious location when you have tried it on.
