The process
Most of our customers order swatches and / or a sample dress prior to committing to an order. However you are more than welcome to go straight into an order if you wish, however please note that brand new dresses are not returnable.

Style
There are two types of Victoria Lou Multiway Dresses…
‘Classic’ or ‘Tulle’
Both styles of dresses are exactly the same but the tulle has an additional layer of fabric – a tulle overlay on the skirt. Most colours are available with tulle.
Size
Our standard size fits comfortably up to a typical UK size 18.
Our classic style dress is available in a plus size. If you would prefer more gather in the fabric in the skirt you may prefer to choose our plus size if you are a size 18 or higher. The plus size dress will fit up to a typical UK size 26.
The dresses are very long in length – at least 48″ from the waist to the hem. They are very easy to adjust and simply require a trim and no hem.
Although designed for adults the standard size dresses look great on junior maids too.
Colour
We have over 30 beautiful shades available to choose from.

Colours can vary from different dye batches so if you require several dresses in the same shade please order them together (you’ll also benefit from multi-buy discount).
There is a chance that ordering standard size and plus size dresses will be from different dye batches. However we will get in touch if there is a significant colour difference and you may prefer to wait for a backorder for dresses to be from the same dye batch.
Have you had a sample dress?
When you return your sample dress we shall confirm receipt via email and send you a credit code that you can use at checkout.
This code is unique and can only be used by the email address it was sent to. Please do keep an eye on your junk mail for correspondence from sales@victorialou.co.uk
Delivery
If your chosen dresses show as in stock they will be dispatched within 1-5 working days.
If your chosen dresses are available to back order they could take up to 16 weeks to be dispatched (it could be considerably less – don’t hesitate to get in touch to check if you require your dresses sooner).
If you have chosen a mixture of colours that are in stock / back order your dresses will be dispatched together in up to 16 weeks. If there is no option of a back order the only stock available is what is shown on the website.
Delivery is with DPD (providing they deliver in your area). On the day of delivery DPD will send a text message to the phone number provided with the order with a time slot and further delivery options. If DPD do not deliver in your area we shall use another courier.
