Watters Weatherstaff is an open front overskirt great to accessories a fitted gown. It has a structured bow at the front and has several layers of tulle. The waist band does require a spot clean by the dry cleaners.
This skirt is a US10 (Waist 29″ / Length 44″ from the waist to the hem) and in good condition – the waist band may require a spot clean.
This skirt can be altered by 1-2 sizes smaller with a professional seamstress. If you would like to discuss this prior to purchase please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
